I was in confusion since many days, which
system of governance is better In India or USA.
But since many days, after studying geographical, cultural, languages,
religion and society structure which is different from state to state even
within sphere of 10-20 kilo metre it also changes in India. Most of the
leaders who are elected through various election at all local panchayat to
parliament are not very much educated and even they never gone to school. Their
own interests are first, then country. There is no comman agenda, though we
call it Democratic but small regional party’s acts like feudalistic society.
Maximum time leaders are busy in election
campaign and other political activities, then how can they think about the
nature of population of 1.2 billion people. We, Indians are more emotional than
practical. Majority of voters are either below poverty or LIG and rural area
where understanding and importance of long term interest of country is very
negligible, Emotional issues are seeing all those civil administrative system.
Playing a very important role to maintaining the minimum level of governance.
Through once decisions are taken by elected
body but framing and implementation is largely in the hand of civil
administration. Though the majority time playing the hand of the elected body
but still they follow the rule of government and constitution. It is clear that
if once they compromised at the end they are the victim in many cases and they
have been framed. I mean to say at least they are permanent in the job whoever
the elected body, they can further play in major role in natural growth.
For all round of growth of better
management, we should make mandatory the minimum qualification of education for
each candidate. After election they should be given training of at least 1 to 2
months like IAS are given. They should understand our constitution, our current
problems, administrating our foreign policies, our priority etc. It should be
mandatory for all the elected bodies in all level.
