Farewell Party In School

Farewell is not to say Goodbye, but it is to celebrate a step ahead towards progress. If you're leaving a school after being there a long time, your school might throw you a farewell party.
Farewell means recollecting the things happened in school and college life. So once just look back, go hug your friend, put your head on shoulder and let him get wet with your tears.

Farewell is the time which brings back all the past memories that we have spend together with our friends, teachers and colleagues. That's why bidding goodbye to your school is no easy feat. The school farewell is easily one of the most emotional days of our lives. The happiness of stepping into a new world is mixed with the sadness of leaving behind your friends & a carefree life.

Farewell party is generally hosted to wish an individual good luck for his journey ahead, it is also a cheerful way to bid goodbye. These parties should be organized in such a way that they are exciting and memorable for the ones leaving. Here are some great ideas to organize a farewell party.

A student farewell party is generally hosted when one member of the student is leaving school for education, work, or any other long-term purpose. A party is a means to bid him goodbye in a cheerful and happy way, and also convey to him that he will be missed at school.

I still remember our small mischief in the class room, teasing each other, laughing out loud on a silly joke, reading a novel in math class, eating other's lunch boxes before break, fighting on petty issues, competitions on stages, crying over each other's shoulders, and lot more which is hidden in deep in my heart and of everyone's around here. These memories are just too valuable. These walls of our classroom have known so many great moments of our friendship and fight; these walls are like our second home.

However, this is the universal truth that we all have to face, whether we want it or not, everything ends in the end. As much as I look at this day, I dislike this departure day. But the end is compulsory after all the leaves of the trees are falling. You have to close the book. That's why we should say goodbye.

I take this farewell speech as an opportunity to thank my teachers who provided direction to our knowledge and shape to our future. Thank you everyone for making this moment a very special for all of us. I will always cherish this moment.

All the very best for your future. I hope that all of you will get great success in your future.

Patriotism And Education

Education is the need of hour to inculcate idea of patriotism in people. When we read Aanandmath and Vande Mataram we are full with patriotic fervor. We face anti national issues this time because we have lessened moral and patriotic values in our curriculum. In our traditional education system to make students nationalists. The best teacher is chanakya who teaches us to live for nation. Plato, too, teaches to become the best citizen for the republic. We stand till nation stands has been epoch of education. Today our educational system gets too professional, so we have started keeping priority to personal interest than national one. So education must wash up our ideal of patriotism which will make our head high.

Patriotism is putting the interest of one’s country first, working for its development and sacrificing for it if need.  It Mean living for the betterment of the country, serving it in every possible way and willing to sacrifice one’s like whenever there is need.

Today we all are living with freedom. We are a independent, democratic country run by a govt of the people by the people and for the people of the country.
We got the independence after sacrificing lacs of of brave sons n daughters of our country, India got independence after more 700 years. Once upon a time India was known as a golden bird and famous for its wealth, spice, culture and art , India was the world leader in education but was divided in small or big many kingdoms . Seeing our wealth and strong culture foreign rulers started invading India and it started from Khilji and lasted till English empires.

But by continuous fighting for independence by our patriotic brave Sons and daughters of Bharat Varsh got independence and took its breath in Independent Bharat. People tested the freedom after several generations, those who seen the gulami know the difference of a free and independent country, now we are a united and all small provinces merged and become India a democratic nation .

We have our own govt and we have our own constitution to save and serve us .
Now it should be part of our education to teach our generation the importance of the freedom and living in country like us , they should be taught how we achieved and what sacrifices were done by great people of our country .

There are still monarchy system in some countries and great different than people elected govt.

Nothing is permanent if not saved , it can be history and we shall tell our next generation that India was an Independent country.

It’s the duty of our education system that each n every student of our country to inculcate the patriotism in them by way of morning assembly songs , syllabuses, play , competitions , storytelling , visit to war memorials etc .

Independence is precious one and its safety is the duty of each n every Indian.
Govt introduced NCC, NSS , Bharat Scouts and Guides in school and colleges but a very slow pace . It should be mandatory for all the students to opt either omen govt should facilitate all the schools for these activities , it will inspire them to be part of national safety and protection from the invaders and enemies.

Today again whole world is eyeing towards India as a fastest growing economy and moving towards becoming world leader and terrorists are trying hard to decide India , at this juncture we should be ready to fight our internal as well as external enemies who are trying to destabilize our peace , prosperity and harmony which are the essential part of successful growth of a economy of a country.

Today we are breathing the air of freedom because of true and great patriots like, Mahatma Gandhi, Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose, Sardar Vallabh Bhai patel, Sardar Bhagat singh, Chandra shekhar Azad and many others who made great sacrifices arid suffered untold miseries to achieve the goal of freedom after a long and tedious struggle while fighting valiantly against the mighty and cruel britishers.

Guru govind singh had sacrificed his near and dear ones, including his entire family to bring freedom to us. So patriotism is the spirit which seeks happiness through supreme sacrifice for the country.

But today it is unfortunate to the people of one country have lost the spirit of patriotism, because due to lacking among our leaders.

It is of at most importance that the spirit of patriotism should be instilled in the minds of young children from the very beginning. The teaching and relevance of an great cultural heritage, which is above all religious, Regional and cartelistic barriers should also be taught.

Child Education Is The Foundation Of Better Future.

Not all of what is taught to a child stays in his mind until we do it on a daily basis. So, repetitively it is important to explain good learning’s in their mind to help them grow better. Parents often take some initiatives for the betterment of their child that really works in making their future unprecedented successful.

Childhood is the only phase when you can go your way out to put the children in the correct place and teach them the proper methods of learning and engage them in Holistic Development.
The emotional, social and physical developments of young children have a direct impact on their overall academic growth and future prospects as an adult.

It is most important to provide a child with the positive environment in order to explain good thoughts in his mind.
Pay attention to their proper day care and keep them stress-free from the onus of the work.
Make sure you are examining all his daily activities and taking steps to rectify errors wherever required
Make a routine and involve the child in all activities that help him grow on a daily basis
Prepare a schedule of his major learning subjects in which he is weak and take initiatives to implement new methods of learning
Try to modulate with them in a friendly way and ask them the personal issues they are coming across while learning
Try to teach them with the help new alternatives such as toys, games and cracking jokes
Try to create the interesting environment and liberate them from the responsibilities when they don't feel like studying.
Impart the additional education system in them apart from the regular daily subjects to make children aware of the outer world innovations.
Set up classes to build their personality development and improve the confidence level.

Moral Education In School

There were joint family system majority of families in India. Parents are busy in their day to day life and fighting for establishing themselves in their career, they were grandparents who were taking care of kids at home and also pass their time playing with them and telling various epical, spiritual and various historical stories. It was a family cultural transformation from generation to generation through them.

Now everyone including grandparents also busy in their own life or living separately as joint family system vanishing each day .internet, TV and social media has taken place.

There is always great burden of academics and various personality grooming activities like painting, skewing, dance and singing but there is no one to replacing what grandparents or elders of family doing. Earlier generation was extrovert whereas now going introvert, people started living in their own world, no one is there to tell them about the history of their own family, culture, about religion, about society and country and its culture.

These all are very much important for the real development of the society and country. Professionalism is very important to run an establishment but humanity and emotions are very important for all round development, and it is only possible when we are connected with our origin.

So in such a situation it’s now responsibility of schools to include moral education including life skill, history related our origin, sacrifice of our people to save the family society and the country, about the nature etc.

Top priority of the school should be to make true citizen of the country, a true son, brother, a sister or parents in their life .An education should be now inclusive of all to make a person perfect.

Utilisation Of Educational Infrastructure

We know that there is still load of students in every school due to less school as per population everywhere. Cities and towns are highly congested either lands are not available or too much costly to build a new institution. Creating totally a new infrastructure becoming very costly as well not feasible. Salaries and other facilities also going very high.

I feel that govt should initiate to convert all the institutions whether it is school or college into multi shifts, it will be able to cater more students with in same facility and also cost effective, ultimately quality education will be available for majority aspirants at affordable cost.

We may also start vocational training courses in another shift, formal education in one and vocational in second, school in one shift and college in another similarity school in two-three shifts and colleges also two - three shifts.

In some cities of India it’s already implemented but either not permitted or getting approval again very difficult. Govt should inspire society, trust to initiate this so that maximum students are benefited.

There are large no’s. Of students who are from working class or underprivileged families, today’s education is unaffordable for them, in multiple shifts they can earn and study, at the same time they will have work experience during the graduation . So we can get practically trained immediately after their graduation, they can better employment n salary immediately.

I have my personal experience, I got admission in Xt Xavier’s Kolkata in Commerce, commerce was Morning College, arts and science in the day and MBA etc in the evening. So used to attend my classes 6 am to 9.40 am than I have to attend office from 10.30 am till 6 pm. For three years during the college I got intensive training from petty cashier to purchase, banks, export, factory operations and assistant to chairman (my eldest brother). After graduation I was ready to take any assignment and I was shifted to Surat to take charge of our new business of textiles.

The training during the graduation played a very important role in my over all development cause I could utilise my prime time n I was three years ahead of my life .

Inspired from the same I got a chance to initiate the same in Agarwal Vidhya Vihar Surat , during my president ship I started evening college in same campus as school timing is 7.30 am to 1 pm n college is 3 pm to 8 pm . There are 3200 students’ school and this is 2nd year and there are 1000 students in college, it shows we could accommodate additional 1000 students in same infrastructure. We can do much more in this way and can cater society a quality of education with minimum additional requirements.

Mass Education versus Quality Education

Mass education is an invention of the early industrial revolution, and it is often thought of as a made of control. The people who design this system had a goal of distributing the trained workers to the right positions at the right time in the right place.

Mass education has two components. The first is to impart knowledge to children that they need to effectively function as a member of society.

The prevalence of mass education is a striking feature of the modern world.

In present mass education there is more stress on teaching than on learning.

Dependence on others deprives child of intellectual independence and judgment.

Mass education is the key or a highly well educated elite should be more beneficial for growth.
This image is very popular that in a typical class, the teachers keep talking about their lectures meanwhile their students are sitting in silence. Some pretend to listen to the lecture, some play with their phones. Students who can’t bear the class anymore, they just surrender and sleep. This has a core reason is that the environment in mass education discourages feedback and ask questions from students. The discouragement is spreading into not trying new activities that could lead to better results because educators scare failure which can show in the rating system at the end of an amount of time (a semester, a school year) or the ranking system. The concept of exchanging the result into a number of standardizing testing influence too much to the whole education system.

In the industrial production, defective products are simply thrown away. The idea of mass education was a system based on how industrial production work. They treat students as products. Therefore, the same consequence of education is that many students who do not fit the system are being rejected. They could keep living in the belief that they are useless people. This is very dangerous for a modern society.

Quality education
The right to education is not only the right to access education but also the right to receive an education of good quality. Education must be available and accessible but also acceptable and adaptable.

Quality education is a dynamic concept. It evolves with time and is subject to social, economic and environmental conditions.

Quality Education shall be directed to the full development of the human personality and to the strengthening of respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms'.

Students must receive a quality education that enables their personalities, talents and abilities and to live a full and satisfying life within society. The aims of education go far beyond acquiring numeracy and literacy skills. Basic skills also include 'life skills such as the ability to make well-balanced decisions; to resolve conflicts in a responsibility, critical thinking, creative talents, and other abilities which give children the tools needed to pursue their options in life.
Teachers are at the heart of quality education. Schools should have a sufficient number of trained teachers.

Quality education is a human right and a public good. Governments and other public authorities should ensure that a quality education service is available freely to all citizens from early childhood into adulthood. Quality education provides the foundation for equity in society.
Everyone has the right to receive an education of good quality.

Standards of education are equivalent in all public educational institutions of the same level, and that the conditions relating to the quality of the education provided are also equivalent.
Quality education has to be the same for boys and girls.
