I am pleased to share my noble initiative of Super 40, getting inspired by Mr. Anand of Super 30. I initiated the same in Agarwal Vidhya Vihar School, Surat four years back during my president ship, created a class of 40 students out of 240 from class 8th onwards, a separate section of 40 students who are willing to go for it or reputed Engineering College, majority of students are from lower or middle class who can’t afford expensive private expensive coaching classes. We hired experienced, but young and passionate teachers for specific math’s, physics and chemistry and they started working on these students result of this initiation out of 17 students 8 students cracked 90% plus marks in its attempt. It is 50% result which is considered to be excellent and it was 1st batch and we hope with the continuous efforts, it can be 100% in future.
I always strongly believe that education is not for a sale, every institution should utilize its resources in academic, sports and co-curricular development of its students. Every one great potential but to give them right direction and opportunity, it is our responsibility and duty who ever involved in education institutions.
