Vocational trading is very important in Schools and College. Every one emphasized on it.

We are having mental block and not give very much value vocational training as we think that engineering and degree courses are having more value.

For getting skilled and workable workforce our education system should focus on it. Secondly our Colleges and University are focused to purely formal academic curriculum whereas practical training is very basic or just a formality. Lab equipment’s are very old, no new introduction, no innovative process. Universities and Institutions should have partnership in Research & Developments for their products and requirements. It should be their Research Centre, Professors having lots of knowledge and ideas can be properly utilized. They can give chance to students for better exposer, fees etc. for their higher education can be compensated. Industry won’t have hire permanent people for Research & Developments. It will be win situation for all whether it is industry or institution Professors and students.

Government should encourage the same to make India research, innovation and Research & Development hub.  It will have multiple impact on our economic growth. We shall be able to retain our talented pool. We shall be able to produce more technical advanced plant and machinery, less dependability on import. Our manufacturing industries will grow more and our industries will get cost effective advanced technical equipment economical viable, if manufactured in India. It is only possible we create innovative atmosphere in our institutions and it should be from school level to university. If we compare patents recd globally we are far behind. If really want to become world leader and economic power, we have to focus from ground level for innovations.
