Moral Education In School

There were joint family system majority of families in India. Parents are busy in their day to day life and fighting for establishing themselves in their career, they were grandparents who were taking care of kids at home and also pass their time playing with them and telling various epical, spiritual and various historical stories. It was a family cultural transformation from generation to generation through them.

Now everyone including grandparents also busy in their own life or living separately as joint family system vanishing each day .internet, TV and social media has taken place.

There is always great burden of academics and various personality grooming activities like painting, skewing, dance and singing but there is no one to replacing what grandparents or elders of family doing. Earlier generation was extrovert whereas now going introvert, people started living in their own world, no one is there to tell them about the history of their own family, culture, about religion, about society and country and its culture.

These all are very much important for the real development of the society and country. Professionalism is very important to run an establishment but humanity and emotions are very important for all round development, and it is only possible when we are connected with our origin.

So in such a situation it’s now responsibility of schools to include moral education including life skill, history related our origin, sacrifice of our people to save the family society and the country, about the nature etc.

Top priority of the school should be to make true citizen of the country, a true son, brother, a sister or parents in their life .An education should be now inclusive of all to make a person perfect.
